★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very nice location, just 100ft from the Roza-a-Rasool Salalah elahay Wasalam, one can join the prayer just left at the time of Takbeer. Economical as compared to its surroundings. Although the room and facilities are not remarkable but the location can supercede everything. Rooms are clean and acceptable. Food outlets are at the surrounding. SAPTCO VIP bus service stand is about 100m from the hotel, from where you can get a luxurious buses for Makkah, Jeddah and else. Quran exhibition center is walking distance as well as public transport for Ziarah is also at walking distance. Baqeeh graveyard is hardly 300m.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ close by masjid e nabwi and has masjid view from the room. hardly a minute's walk. the property is rated two star and that is exactly what youll get . price was reasonable. breakfast was ok. Mr. Full Mian was very helpful and proffessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First: bed sheet are not clean. Blood spot and some other dirty spots.
Second: the washroom wasn't clean and I request them to clean it up and the answer was this is the best we can do.
Third: the front desk don't have enough information about what's around. For example: I dialed 0 from my room to ask where is the nearest laundry to the hotel?
The front office agent replied, you can go outside and ask. ((Bad customer service)).
Fourth: there is no WI-FI in the room.
Good thing about the hotel is the air condition.

Position
1.price comparing with near hotel's
2. Location. Closed to all needs market's.
Negative
1. Room is too some for family with one baby.
2. Room service are not willing to work.
3. No baby food in breakfast.
4. It's smoking hotel.
5. Not friendly hotel
6. ETS.......
It's not recommend for family staying.

Many beds.
Cooling good.
Decent price for what we got.
Breakfast food could have been better though.
It is in front of the mosque which was awesome.
