★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are cheaters and liars. I booked a room with a credit card but I reached there with my kids and family from 100s of miles , they told me there is no booking , they have cancelled it and given it to someone else on higher price on cash. The Arabic speaking guy kept on refusing to talk further without listening to a word. He even did not see the booking confirmation. Such hotels are a shame for the kingdom.

Bring ur towel with you ?? and cups because it isnt available but if you asked for cup they will give you paper cups

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were clean, the location was excellent, however I don't think that the prices are appropriate, the rooms was very small, furniture was old the lobby was croud and we had moisture/dotting in the bath, thank god the reciption was cooaporative and changed our room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only great thing about this hotel is its distance to Masjid An Nabawi on the front side near the Green Dome. Otherwise this hotel is very subpar. The rooms are very small and cramped, just enough space for the beds and that's it. There is a severe lack of bathrooms as a 2 rooms 5 beds has only one bathroom to share. Which is highly inconvenient.
The other issue is the elevators/lifts. There was severe congestion on the lifts and with each passing day another lift would stop working to the point only 3 of the 8 elevators were working. Which caused some to behave irrationally and push and crush women and children so they could squeeze inside first before the lift was full or overweight. The non existence of stairs between floors was not only a fire danger but also the cause of regular congestion in the lifts. The communal lounge area was also lacking in cleanliness and service as rubbish and food and spills were left all over and not cleaned and cleared regularly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is moderate. Location is just perfect. There is parking on-site, still need to pay but during the peak season is fine (charge is moderate)
And staff is very helpful (front office, housekeeper, etc.)
Only problem is AC in the room is bit noisy.
