★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very decent hotel with Masjid e Nabwi just on the walk. The rooms have a beautiful view of the Gumbat e Khizra. You can see the whole mosque from there. It is near gate no. 5 of Haram. The hotel has the facility of scrumptious breakfast and great room services are provided including laundry and ironing facilities. Highly recommended for families and aged people who cannot walk. The baqala is near as well as the public transport is always available at anytime easily. Good hotel with great amenities and excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rehab Al Noor is very close for Men prayer area and little walk for ladies..You have to just cross the road and you will enter the Masjid Nabwi.. Room is little smal but neat and clean wifi signal is available in room but sometimes can't work proper.
Lift, washrooms is fine the Best this this hotel is closest to Holy Mosque

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is good. But the maintenance of the hotel needs some attention. Not suited for women though as it takes a lot if walk if you have to go to the women's side. For men it's ideal as it's really close to the roza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for 8 nights. No room cleaning, no change of bedding at all for entire stay. We had 5 rooms. All was dirty when we checked in. Toilets were in a dirty disgusting state.breakfast was terrible. They served old food . Milk was off. Cleaners sit by lifts whole day watching movies on their phone.Far to walk to womens salaah side. Will not recommend to book here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My travel agent booked that hotel for all of my family and it is one of the most worse hotels I had ever seen.
Staff is rude. Reception is occupied by ladies who do not know English and every time you go for any customer service they pass you the cleaners who are again rude at the most. But this is the least of your problems.
Lift doors, panels, and help buttons are secured by tapes, carpets are full of stains except in reception.
I have been here for four days now and no one has appeared to collect the garbage which we have to throw ourselves. No one came to clean bathrooms and no cleaning of any sort is given.
In rooms wall papers are ripped, electrical work appears dangerous, electrical sockets are hanging out of the walls.
Our bathroom blocked and despite complaints still waiting if someone can come and fix it. It was not fixed during all our stays and be mindful if any of the hotel facilities breakdown you are in trouble. Difficult people in charge who know nothing about hospitality. You will have a feeling you are talking to walls when talking to them.
The electrical appliances provided are also not working. TV have no or poor reception. Wifi is the slowest you can think of and connecting to it is a challenge. Safe provided refuses to open at all and are there for showing they exist.
Our tour was booked through Al-Noor Travels of Bradford, UK and they classed it as three stars, I believe it is not even worth one star. We are unable to contact them hence stuck with this nasty hotel
If your tour operator tries to put you into this hotel please be mindful it is a hotel full of problems and insist on somewhere else.
