The museum from outside looks very promising and you want to go visit. The staff are welcoming when you purchase your tickets. When you starts the tour is when the disaster begun! Too many valuable information are being missed out. Poor English speaking. Surprisingly most of the digital displays are only in Arabic! Outside screen get you more English information than when you are inside. The worst is how they rush the tour and you don’t understand. They jump to the next step without making sure everyone got the info The cinema 3D isn’t even 2D …. The glasses aren’t working Isn’t worst to pay for a very short and incomplete movie. Conclusion: this is the worst museum presentation Sadly, it has very valuable information but the presentation by the team is below 0.

It was a good experience, there's a lot of information and history about Madinah and Prophet Muhammad SAW. Once you enter the exhibition, they will assign English or Arab tour guide, depending on your choice. However the tour was too short. You cannot roam on your own, the time given is only 35 minutes.

This place is being rated two stars because it is being promoted as a full exhibit of the prophet pbuh and his companions but once you enter it's more of them giving a tour of what the exhibit is going to be about. There is a HUGE amount of information and really is meant for the user to interact with their screens and learn however the tour guide describes what the information contains and moves from one exhibit to the next. He was also rushed so he skipped out on an entire exhibit about medicine in Islam. I was thinking that maybe at the end of the tour we would be able to go back and learn about each exhibit alone but the guide said they are not open for that. There is also an extra movie at the end that is supposed to be in 3D but it didn't deliver that way, some glasses didn't work and the screen is far too close so it would not focus. Overall I think the idea, concept and infrastructure is fantastic. I love all that and I think this will be amazing once it is fully opened. For now, it really lacks to deliver that, and is not hitting the points on execution. I'd be interested to see how it is in 6-12 months time.

Masha Allah. Very informative. Pity the English options are not available for most of the exhibition and Covid caused that we couldn't actually interact with the exhibits on our own. Amazing technology brings the prophets biography to life. One day when we return insha'Allah, i assume we would have freedom to stay for hours and learn as much we can on our own

The Prophet's Mosque Expansion Exhibition. Great effort, technology-based museum to tell the story of prophet Mohammed's journey (PBUH) and his companions and wives. Although, you can not picture or touch anything which is disappointing and a bit boring, felt like a lecture more than a tour.

Amazing project, very informative about prophet Muhammad. Interactive media with multiple languages. Hasn't fully lunched yet, but it was a great tour.

Very good museum and exhibition. A must see especially for someone who want to also contribute or be part of this journey of big project in documenting the prophet's biography. It is a 15-17 years of research (as per the tour guide) and it is still ongoing. so we expect to have a very big and marvelous museum in the end with Allah's will.

Excellent place for anyone to learn anything and everything about Islam. The use of Virtual Reality-based systems makes the experience immersive and fun. The amount of work that must have gone into the details of this are amazing. The interactive screens are awesome.
