★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service from front desk and housekeeping staff. Cleanliness standard is well below par. Carpets are just simply dirty. The only parts that gets vacuumed (nevermind washed) is what the eye can see. Bathroom clearly wasn't cleaned in a very long time. I had to get detergents and scrub everything in there down including washing the shower curtain. Service levels is none existant. You need to beg for clean towels and toilet paper. Didn't have hot water until 48hours after checkin. No basin or bath plugs. Washing line was ripped from wall and never replaced. The bedding does not fit. Not the bed sheets. Not the duvet inner. If you going to stay here, I make dua you have low expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a bad hotel.Very conveniente location.Masjid Nabawi is just 500 meters on walking distance.Rooms are good with LED, wifi,electric kettle, hair dryer wardrob etc and free wifi.
Only thing which is annoying is room service.You have to tell again and again for your need like towels are not pre positioned in the rooms,but tell one of the Bangladeshis staff to provide you.
Receptionist behaviour is also not friendly whuch needs improvement.
Some good fast food restaurants are available nearby and there is no food available in restaurants inside hotel unless you placeca mass order for group food.
Wifi connection is good in reception lounge but in the rooms routers are usually not working properly.SO you need good Mobile data to be online uninterrupted
Rashid Bangladeshi staff member is woth mentioning as he is cooperative and helpful to listen to you.
Pay some tips if you need extra attention.
