โ โ โ โ โ :) Pros: Best location because it's close to Gate. 05 of Haram, clean and vast rooms, one of the best hotel services in whole Medina, cooperative staff and reasonable price.
:( Cons: Very small toilet. Can't even take a bath.

โ โ โ โ โ I went in April for 5nights.The rooms were not cleaned regularly. Wifi was terrible only worked in lobby.
Very good location close to gate 5 and close for Men entrance.
Bell boy was helpful. Okay as it was 3 star hotel.

โ โ โ โ โ It is all you can expect from budget hotel.
The room is not fancy nor new, the bathroom is basic, you can hear the wind and the noise from the street and the service is really really poor: old towels, no toilet paper nor drinking water when we arrived (were provided when we asked) and not so nice reception.
On the other hand it is within a walking distance to the Mosque of the prophet and the prices are reasonable.
I would advies you to be aware.

โ โ โ โ โ Good location excellent customer service staffs are very caring and understanding. When we went our booking wasn't on the system due to our travel agents mistake the staffs were very helpful, calm and dealt efficiently. Spent 3 nights with my family specious room and the bathroom was huge and very clean it's been amazing experience.

โ โ โ โ โ I booked the room using booking.com where photos of the hotel was quiet pleasing but when I reached the hotel it was not the case. Although area was clean and size of the room was good.

โ โ โ โ โ Rooms are clean & washrooms are okay. Reception service is good but you will have to ask for stuff. Internet is a nightmare here, they need to invest on that. Location is pretty good.
