★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees are kind.
Rooms and the whole hotel are really clean.
Toilet is wide and equipped well.
But.......
The room need renovation; chair, closets, power socket distribution.
The theme of the hotel is "darkness", there is not enough light in rooms neither in the lobby!!
Breakfast is varied enough, but quality is low.
For sure you will face delays while using lifts.
The hotel resides in the south of "Almasjid Alnabawi" which is not perfect especially for women door access. There is a shuttle for women, but women will be limited with its schedule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room is too small as well as the toilet. Service is poor ,they respond late. They didn't clean the room even after we request that from reception. no enough towels in the bathroom.
Breakfast is average ,no fresh juices or nuts . Food taste is average.
i will not come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed from 10/3/22 for two nights. The rooms were clean but quite compact. Hotel seems to cater for a lot of group bookings and so it always seemed to be overcrowded in the lobby, with waiting times for lifts sometimes being extreme. Reception staff were friendly but were unable to really give their attentions to the guests. The plus side to the hotel is it’s location, being a couple minutes down a straight road to Al Masjid Al-Nabawi. I would stay again but would maybe search for other hotels first

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From 8 to 13 January thanks to all staff there special thanks to the girls and the duty manager during the check in time.
The hotel location is perfect for Almasjid Alnabawi in the south area & all what you need are around within walking distance.
The room is very clean taking care for all the hygiene requirements, the only thing I can mention is the room carpet may need to be changed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I had a memorable stay at the hotel. From minute one of our arrival we saw wonderful staff like Mr. Majed who kindly give us an early check in and room upgrade. Mr. Mohamad Sajed did a great job for us at the business centre and took a good care of our bags. I must not forget Miss Desert (Baydaa) who carefully follow up our reservation until arrival and cheerfully give us a late check out. Elevators were fast and efficient during prayer times. Breakfast buffet is substandard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this hotel at all costs! We were at this hotel during the first few nights of Ramadan 2022. We asked for the room to be cleaned on on the second day but that never happened. We ran out of toilet paper and when we asked for more it was never forthcoming.
The people at their reception also gave another guest a key to our room so we were awoken one night by a stranger entering our room. My wife never felt safe in the hotel after that. When I complained about this and a lack of room service they just gave us complementary tea and fruit, like that made up for it!
On the last day I asked the reception to provide me the email address for the manager so that I could email him about our horrendous experience at the hotel. The receptionist refused to give me his email address and handed me a random business card, telling me to write my message on the back of the card!
This is was the worst experience I've had at a hotel anywhere in the world. The interior of the hotel is dated and the staff have an overly relaxed attitude to customer service. This is meant to be a 5* hotel!
