They're really helpful when you need anything. Mahmoud Hussein was very good with sorting out rooms. I would definitely bring my family members here again because of him

Breakfast service was great too-thanks Younous! Food was varied, and there is something for everyone. Shops and restaurants nearby as well that cater to needs. Starbucks coffee lovers-there is one outside the hotel. Taxis are easy to flag down and find.
S	Shayon Munshi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay with family. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Rooms were decent size for all of our family members and beds were comfortable as well. The hotel is also very close to The Prophet's Mosque. The men's entrance is close but women's entrance is a little further down, but nonetheless the hotel is in a very central location with shops, restaurants and malls nearby.
I	Ice Rash on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel staff were really friendly, I had an issue with my reservation and they were really helpful, upgraded me to the deluxe suite and the rooms were very big and spacious. Location is perfect, few minutes walk from the masjid and the gates are really close both male and female entrances, ideal for family as distance is short. Good variety of items for breakfast, overall experience was excellent, will definitely come again.
