Staff is so helpful and respectful. One of their staff members Sami made sure every guest was accommodated and served properly with respect.
We had a great time staying over.

โ โ โ โ โ This is a brand new hotel. It was opened few days before our stay. Everything looks and feels new. It has a very modern and stylish look. The Hotel is located right opposite the prophet's(phuh) Museum/Gate 5 and is a 2 min walk to the haram. Some of the rooms have a wonderful view of the green dome of Masjid Al Nabawai and are little pricier than the regular rooms but the view is worth it. Since the hotel is new the restaurant is yet to open. The rooms are on the smaller side but very clean and the housekeeping does a great job. Mr Abdullah at the reception was very helpful and provided good customer service. Although a little pricier it's a nice and cozy hotel. Would love to come back once it's fully operational with the buffet/restaurant service.
