★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plus one, actually there is no customer service at all. My God worst experience ever, though best for smokers you can smoke anywher including reception. No need for wakeup alarm fire alarm will take care of that. -1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was okay as per price, no special facility, room was nice and clean, no Wi-Fi signals. Check-in process is extremely poor, had to wait almost 1 hour 30 mints for check-in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me start by complimenting the hotel staff for switching on the water heater before i arrived because running into the shower is exactly what i wanted to do after looking at the filth i was surrounded by.
Bathroom : The sink wasn't cleaned at all.
The vent(as shown in the picture) was an arms reach, wasn't cleaned, I could barely notice the colour of the fins, after seeing the vents in the room i realized they were white(once upon a time).
Room : The beds were hard and the pillows even harder, but i was able to deal with that as i was only staying 1 night.
Although, the hole in the wall where the bulb used to be is now stuffed with tissue.
The furniture was all scratched n dented.
The mini-fridge was clean but had an odd smell. The door, well!! (Refer to the picture) .
The front desk staff spoke to us as if we forced him into letting us rent a room. He gave very blunt answers when asked about where we could buy some water because the store under the hotel was closed, He answered , " Everything is closed. " . (PS ; Local Time 2am)
(I was sure that some shop would be open in a place like Madinah, where The Haram was barely 500m away. )
Unsatisfied with the answer i ventured out on my own and asked around and finally found an open supermarket. No surprise there.
To top it all off, The WIFI was not working.
Although, the hotel is close to Masjid An-Nabawi, as a frequent traveler i would never stay in such a place.
I would Very Strongly recommend the local municipality to shut this hotel down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean beds, pathroom had smells but is okay, my room was tight, I was alone and it had 2 beds, carpet had spots but not that bad. There is a tv with limited channels, clothes closet had issues when openning or closing it, there is a mini refrigerator, the electricity plug had issues I could not charge phone when I arrived, but maintenance respond was good and they fixed it, room phone was corrupted, and obvoiusly no pkans to fix it, rooms has good view.
Hotel location is excellent, even If you leave your room on pray eqama time you still catch al Jama3ah pray in the second Rake ( kneeling).
I did not tried other benifits.
Over all to me was good hotel, and I would come back to it.
I spent 325 SAR for 4 days (3 nights) which is not expensive cmparing to hotels around the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room condition is very poor, broken curtains, dusty toilets, blood stains on the blankets, broken doors and locks. I went out to the haram for isha and when i got back around 2 hours later i come back and find my door opened. Luckily I didn’t store any valuables inside the room. Management was very rude and denied to help me find out who had opened the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bed is very comfortable. The air conditioner is also very good. The only problem is there is no WiFi and the room is not well cleaned. Also the pillow I found had some trash stuck to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad experience, they are taking advantage of the location otherwise it’s in bad condition, rooms are dirty, bed sheets dirty, carpet in very bad condition and dirty. reception service is sooo bad and not friendly always fighting with almost every guest , most of the guests have complained about cleanliness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great infrastructure for the building. The public longue is quite spacious with fast speed internet on WiFi. The rooms are small and cozy but neat and clean. The hotel is just a block away from haram boundary, only 2-3 minutes walking distance. The elevators have less waiting time and are fast.
