M	Mohbeen Abdulla Deen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved this really cozy hotel. Excellent location to Haram and amongst all these amazing shops with foods and goods. The room was cleaned each day really nicely. Would stay here again if other options are not available

Also, the staff are treated very badly, the rooms don't have all the tools such as slippers, towels, napkins, water and tea. Bathrooms and rooms are very small. I also could not connect to the Wi-Fi network and there are no services near the hotel.
R	Reem SJ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly it was not that clean especially the rug and the bathroom ...but bed sheets n furniture looked good but the internet wouldn't work and front desk didn't help also the AC needs to be turned Off and On again to lower the temperature

On insist they changed room but this room ac was pathetic, when we enter it was showing 30 c temperatures, till morning it reaches 24.5, whole night my family suffered and hotel says they cannot do anything..
S	Sam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1- The room was too small 2- The bathroom was dirty ( lots of hair in the sink ) 3- No towels, napkins or soap 4- Tried to call room service and reception many many times but no answer 5- No parking 6- Asked for a double bed, instead I got two beds stuck together! 7- nobody to carry your luggage.. I had to take the cart and do it myself Easily one of the worst places I’ve stayed in.

The toilet room was hideous, the grime on the sink left an overall undesirable smell in the bedroom, and no clothes could be washed in the basin as the dirt was significantly overwhelming. No one came to change bedding, the general upkeep of the bedroom was non existent. However on a lighter note the customer service was quite good, hence the 1 star.
