โ โ โ โ โ Living here at the moment, All the pics posted here are seems to be posted by hotel management, in real nothing like that just exterior of the building is maintain, very worst buffet experience, no house keeping service, you cannot adjust AC temp its run on max either use it or turn it off, electric switch damage you be extra careful when you turn it on or off, beds similar to bangali hotel beds, lift always full you have to wait for ten to fifteen minutes or need to use stairs, dirty rooms, just one positive thing which is its very near to Harram thats all. i suggest better to be little away then to stay in this messy hotel.

โ โ โ โ โ A very ideal hotel to stay on your visit to Medina not far away everything is nearby the famous khajoor market to the market right next to Bilal mosque. You can get food when ever you feel like. Heads up to all the staff members who are always putting a lot of effort to make our stay worth a while. Keep up the great work. The rooms were very wide which is really a blessing, the view from the top is just fabulous little tight on the escalators but still the rooms make up for the rest ??

โ โ โ โ โ I loved my stay here. Lobby is quite good, rooms are very clean and the staff is helpful. They had an Urdu speaking staff Which was a big help. One of the biggest plus point is that it's quite close to gate number 5 of haram and right next to Masjid e Usman. What they can improve on is 1. WiFi- low speed and connection drops 2. Lift - slow

โ โ โ โ โ It's nice to be in Madinah .
But very poor service from the hotel staff.
I'm in quarantine for 5 days the only way to have access to any one is by phone .
Phone in the room is not working ,
No Internet connection in the rooms.
No phone
No Internet
No access to any one
I had to go to the front desk
1 2 3 times โฒ
No answer but roundness, arrogancey and disrespect.
When I asked for a manger he was even worse then staff.
(I don't recommend to anyone) who likes to be ...RESPECTED....
Otherwise it's an okay place rooms and building and distance to Haram.

โ โ โ โ โ I had the worst experience ever.
The dirt is everywhere, even the smells are unbearable. The room service is bad (we didn't see any but the one loobbi staff), I had to communicate with my family and the only possible way was the room phone since the Internet connection is very poor, but even the phone's wire was cut?.
I won't ever recommend this hotel to anyone it's a misery even for one night stay. ุงูุฑููู
