โ โ โ โ โ Something really inhumane. Not really a hotel. Not even a hostel. Rude receptionist, indecent room service with people knocking your door at 1:00 am.

โ โ โ โ โ Very good place to stay at madina. The stuffs are good. By walk 5 minutes from Masjid Nawabi. There is wifi allover the floors. And for local guests to car park there is small parking under the hotel.. You can find cafeteria and all kind of shops nearby hotel...

โ โ โ โ โ Bad smell. Toilets were dirty and not cleaned very well. I called the room service to clean the bathroom but they only sweeped the floor and avoided the toilets. I got a room that was right in front of the elevator and requested to change it due to location but the guy at the reception was extremely rude and refused to change the room. The only redeemable quality at this hotel is that it is close to Al-Haram from the men side (it is still far from the women side and they will have to walk a distance). overall, terrible experience and will not come back again.
