★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drinks are decent (though more expensive than other stores) but it's truly let down by customer service. Some employees are quite rude, opening hours vary each day depending on the workers and are not what's written on the website, so avoid going until about an hour after it's meant to be open. Honestly 3 stars just for the few employees that are truly wonderful, it's a shame they work at that particular branch.
