★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We can't even charge out mobile phones. Because the building is so old and they didn't yet changed the socket as per this Era requirements for changers. And the receptionist said we complained to management but they aren't doing anything for this issue "sorry" . No alternate solutions.

U have to bring ur tissues n soap for yourself because this hotel will never give u…so don’t waste ur money in this third class hotel…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building needs maintenance. There is need to provide parking to customers and most important to focus on improving internet stability in entire hotel. Rooms are very noisy and anybody can hear sound from coming from other rooms.

The toilet fan doesn’t work properly and it seems that it doesn’t work for all the facility

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionists have the absolute worst attitude. No people skills whatever and they seem so incompetent in the role that they've been hired for.
Everyone tends to hand in their keys before going to the masjid as you arrive at different times back to the hotel and this avoids each person being locked out. My husband handed the key to the reception but when I came and asked for it. The receptionist guy put very little effort into finding it. Says to me that he doesn't have it in a very dismissing way. I would have had to wait outside had I not called my husband and asked the guy to look for it again. Bare in mind that this has happened on multiple occasions. I've been dismissed because the guy cannot be bothered looking for it properly. Especially the Arab guy in traditional clothing has extremely rude mannerism. Its like he doesn't want to work and his dad's forced him to sit there.
The rooms were okay small and toilet was pretty dirty despite having been cleaned.

Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
Save your money find somewhere further or pay more. We were rushed into getting this hotel because nothing was available at the time.
Where do I begin with the absurdity of this hotel reception and staff. We booked two rooms, all was well until we came back and found one the rooms completely flooded due to pipe burst from the ceiling in the bathroom. They gave us another room which was smaller. Earlier I asked for extra towels and praying mats 3x and no one took the liberty to give us those until I went the fourth time. Calling receptionist on the phone is absolute waste of time, you have to go downstairs to get anything done. Next our second rooms’ bathroom water had completely stopped working and that in it self also took 3x to get fixed and have the maintenance guy come up finally. I understand this is not a 5 star hotel but there is such a thing called hospitality, especially if you are in the business which these people apparently never heard of. And I have stayed at plenty of hotels that are not as bad as this. These people take advantage because they are close to haram and people won’t say anything and also same story about parking as others have said in the reviews. Bunch of liars and thieves, especially being in a Muslim state run country this is not how things should be done.
