★ ★ ★ ★ ★ استأجرت منهم سياره 2020 لمدة يومين وطلعت فيها لمكة انواع الاصوات فيها والمكيف بعد تقريباً 20 دقيقه قلب حار ومايبرد الا اذا وقفت السياره ساعتين او ثلاث وبعدها ب بربع ساعه يرجع يقلب حار والبنزين على اخر شرطه اول ماطلعت من بوابة مواقف المطار صار يأشر يعني بتطفى السياره
توقفت عن الاستئجار منهم من تقريباً 5 سنوات واضطريت اني استأجر منهم قبل كم يوم وقلت لعل وعسى انهم تحسنوا لاكن للأسف مثل ماهم سيارات موديلاتها حديثه لاكن مهلوكه هلك وبدون صيانه ويسلمونك السياره والبنزين يالله يالله يوصلك لأقرب محطه تسوق وانت ماتدري توصلك بعد ولا لا
ياليت يهتمون بصيانة سياراتهم ونظافتها ويحرصون انهم يقدون للعميل سياره نظيفه وصالحه للاستخدام وبدون اعطال
I rented a car 2020 from them for two days and went out to Makkah. The types of sounds in it and the air conditioning after about 20 minutes, the heart is hot and does not cool down unless the car stops for two or three hours, and then a quarter of an hour later, it turns hot and the gasoline is on the last police. When I came out of the airport parking gate, it signaled, meaning the car was turned off.
I stopped renting from them about 5 years ago, and I had to rent from them a few days ago. I said, perhaps, that they improved, but unfortunately, like most modern cars, it was destroyed and without maintenance, and they handed you the car and the petrol. Oh God, God will take you to the nearest shopping station and you don't know how to get there yet or not
I wish they care about the maintenance and cleanliness of their cars and make sure that they provide the customer with a clean and usable car without breakdowns.

اتصلت وحجزت عن طريق الرقم الموحد وتم اختيار السيارة وتم تاكيد وجود السيارة في فرع المطار ورحت فرع المطار الموظف يستهين بالعميل يقول الي اكدت لك الحجز خل تفتح لك عقد اذا مافيه تاكيد لاتاكدون مع العلم اني عميل في ذيب لكن الخدمة اسواء من السيئ (جدة، الرياض) نفس درجة السوء..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف تسأله عن السيارات يقولك مافي غير كبير وبعدها نفس السؤال اللي داير بمكاتب تأجير السيارات وماسمعته الا بمطار جدة ( إستاجرت من عندنا قبل؟) وبعد مايعرف عضويتك يعطيك السيارة اسلوب سيئ جدا

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انا دائما اخذ من شركة المفتاح لكن هالمره ماعندهم سيارات صغيرة، وأخذت مع ذيب سيارة اكسنت، استلمت السيارة وصخه بتراب في الارض وبقع على الاسيات وجاء العامل بيشوف لي اكسنت ثانيه نفس الحكاية (يسمعون بتنظيف السيارات)، اترككم مع الصور

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انا عميل قديم لشركة ذيب. وكان تعاملهم جيد في السابق.
اما الان وللاسف قد اصبحوا غير أمينين. لذا انصح اذا اضطررت ان تستأجر منهم ان تتأكد عند استلام السيارة من ان البنزين مسجل بشكل صحيح بالعقد وان جميع الصدمات والحكات والكدشات مسجلة بالعقد عند الاستلام لانهم سوف يحاسبونك على كل ملاحظة بالسيارة عند التسليم ويحسبون عليك الملاحظات بأسعار مضاعفة.
انا استلمت السيارة وكان مؤشر البنزين ٧ من ٨. وعند التسليم عبئت السيارة من محطة على مسافة ٣٠ كم من المطار فل وزيادة (لانه لايوجد محطات بالقرب من المطار). وعندما وصلت للمطار للتسليم كان مؤشر البنزين على ٧ من ٨. وتم إجباري على دفع غرامة مقدارها ٥٠ ريال (بحجة ان العداد ليس فل ٨ من ٨). ورفض الموظف النظر الى صورة الطبلون والذي صورته عند الاستلام وهو يوضح ان العداد كان ٧ من ٨. وكانت أخلاقه سيئة وتعامله سيء وليس همه الزبون، فقط كان همه كيف يجد غرامات على الزبون.
في الختام، شركة ذيب تغيرت واصبحت سيئة للغاية، انصح ان تتبعد عنها وان تتعامل مع شركة أخرى.
I am an old customer of Theeb. In the past, they did well.
But now, unfortunately, they have become dishonest. So I advise if you have to rent from them to make sure when you receive the car that the gasoline is correctly registered in the contract and that all bumps, scratches and bruises are recorded in the contract upon receipt, because they will charge you for every note in the car upon delivery and charge you notes at double prices.
I received the car and the petrol index was 7 out of 8. Upon delivery, the car was loaded from a station at a distance of 30 km from the airport, and more (because there are no stations near the airport). When I arrived at the airport for delivery, the gasoline index was 7 out of 8. I was forced to pay a fine of 50 riyals (on the pretext that the meter is not 8 out of 8). The employee refused to look at the picture of the drum, which he photographed upon receipt, explaining that the counter was 7 out of 8. His morals were bad and his treatment was bad, not the customer's concern. His only concern was how to find fines for the customer.
In conclusion, Theeb company has changed and has become very bad, I advise you to stay away from it and deal with another company.
