★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with Customer support. we are regular with Yelo. Our company personnel rented a car 60 days ago. At pick up he paid cash deposit SAR 2000. until now it is not returned to his account. we called the support number many times and left the same report again and again - all details of bank etc. They acknowledge and advise soon will transfer the deposit back, and nothing until now. We did not receive any attention. no one follows up. It seems the only way is to seek the help of the official Consumer protection authorities

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ well, Yelo are very professional and they process your documents and you receive the car a in timely manner. However, when I book or reserve 2021 car I would expect a brand new car. Not a car with 113k millage on it. with functions that does not even work. example is that the infotainment was not working properly. driving a worn out car felt like at least 2015 car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I consider them as one of the best rental companies in Riyadh, their cars are neat and clean, the staff is big and well organized. My recomendation is to book online through their application Weem, as that’ll make you avoid the waiting line and reserve your car ahead of time.
Moreover the prices on the app are a bit cheaper.
Note that you don’t have to passby their desk if the car is booked via Weem as you will have full control over the car (opening/Closing) and contract from the application.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have rented a 2022 Changan eado car 4days in advance fully paid and unfortunately when I came to pick up the car they told me they do not have the car I have rented. My eid holiday plan completely spoil The customer care representative did not know what to do and simply said this is all what we have which mean take it or leave it. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the dirtiest and most unsafe vehicle I’ve ever rented in my life. The sunglasses holder was broken and hanging down the whole time and a bubble in the tire. It food and cigarette ash everywhere. I tried to bring it up multiple times and they told me too bad.
