★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outdated cars, bad condition exterior. Not clean form the inside. When I booked the car on-site at the airport the employee was amazing and very helpful, when I returned the car the employee was on silent not welcoming it looks like I stole his own car. I didn’t like his attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid!!! They scam!!! I hired full coverage insurance. When I came to return the car, we found out that the main front glass was broken, clearly somebody had thrown a rock at it. I went to the office to give back the car and they said that I would have to pay the reparation. I answered that I have full coverage insurance, and therefore I shouldn't pay any extra cost. The very unfriendly man in the counter said that I needed a certificate by the insurance police and told me to leave, totally unwilling to cooperate. It was 1am and my flight was leaving at 4:30am. Luckily, one of the service guys from the parking helped me to contact the insurance police and convinced them to come asap. They came, made a report and said that everything would be fine. I went to the counter and the unfriendly man also said that it's fine, there wouldn't be any extra costs to me. Now, I look at my account, and there is a an extra charge of 471€ from Avis, which is the approximate amount that man said that would be charged to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ passport and international driving permit is accepted for foreign driver. You need valid credit cards and international card is accepeted in this avis branch. most of rental location does NOT accept international credit card nor domestic debit card.....but avis operates 24/7. dont call them... no one answer.... most car has flat tire signal issues. make sure you take all pictures before you rent. otherwise, they will ask you small scratch held liable.....when u return the car, use 'short term parking' next to airport employee parking....airports is under construction and there is no rental car return sign properly. careful driving in jehdda. too aggressive drivers and required to U turn in highspeed freeway middle of nowhere and most of drivers tailgate there.

Staff were able to communicate with us in English and were all very efficient in whatever they were doing. The car given to us was in very good condition and we didn't experience any problems at all. Due to this experience, we will not hesitate to recalls to others.
