اعطوني سيارة ماشية ٣٧٠٠ كيلو فقط نظيفة ولا فيها رائحة تدخين، معقمة.
رجعتها بعد وقت نهاية الايجار ب ٥ ساعات ولا زادوا علي اي مبالغ.
محترمين في التعامل، سريعين في التسليم والاستلام.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف اسوء مكتب إيجار تعاملت معاه!!! اول ماوصلت جده اخذت من عندهم سياره و قالي تحصلها فالمواقف و وصلت للمواقف والسياره ماهي موجوده بسبب ايش؟؟ انوه الموظف وداها للغسيل؟ طيب انا ايش ذنبي تقولي السياره جاهز وتأخرني على العمره بسبب الغلطه هذي؟ عوضني بسياره غيرها وخلاني ادفع فرق١٥ريال !! بعد مادفعت الفرق وصلتني السياره وجيت بطلع من المطار وللأسف مافيه فاتوره و تأخرت زياده ربع ساعه الين ماكلمني الموظف وقالي بتفتح البوابه لك" للأسف توقعت تعامل افضل بكثير من كذا لكن اخر مره بأذن الله.

Did the employee take her to the laundry? Ok, what is my fault that you say the car is ready and that I was late for Umrah because of this mistake? He replaced me with another car and made me pay the difference of 15 riyals!! After I paid the difference, the car came to me and came out of the airport, unfortunately, there was no bill, and I was a quarter of an hour late. The employee called me and said, “I will open the gate for you.” Unfortunately, I expected much better treatment than this, but the last time, God willing.

من أسوأ تأجير السيارات على الرغم من ان عندي عضوية عندهم
ولكن طريقة تعاملهم واسلوبهم بعد ما تسلمهم السيارة سيئ جداً
طردوني من السيارة وقفلوها وانا ماطلعت شنطي وقالو مانوصلك للبوابة ( على اساس قرار جديد )
والعادة كل الشركات توصلني لين الباب وتخدمني
ومحد طلع لي الشنط والمصري خالد ابراهيم قلهم محد يساعدها
ياليت الموضوع يوصل الادارة ويطردوه ما يستحق يقعد دقيقة في الشركة

One of the worst car rentals even though I have a membership with them
But the way they dealt and their behavior after receiving the car is very bad
They kicked me out of the car and locked it while I didn't take out my bag and said they didn't get you to the gate (based on a new decision)
And usually all companies take me to the door and serve me
No one got the bags and the Egyptian Khaled Ibrahim told them no one helped her
I wish the matter would be delivered to the administration and expelled for what it is worth to sit for a minute in the company
