★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a car for a whole week and i can tell you it’s the Worst rental company. I even thought of returning the car.
-poor employees attitude.
-bad communication, no instructions.
- the absolute worst call center.
They treat you like they have right.
-very slow in terms of processing your complain.
- the Oncall branch manager won’t even consider to call you back. He will not answer in the first place.
I come to jeddah every once in a while, i tried different rental companies, and honestly The Key company is a total failure. Very far from professionalism. They don’t respect the client. I would ride a taxi rather than renting with them.
One more thing the car brakes were not working properly, it was very dangerous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new part of this airport is near to ready but yet the move has not been made yet.
There is a significant improvement with the passport control area in the International terminal area and this must be acknowledged fully. Both departures and arrivals area in the International airport section are kept as best as it can be.
If it’s your first time you may find it a little intimidating on your arrival as there will be around 20 taxi drivers asking you whether you would like a Taxi or not. This must be tackled and a system must go in place rather than allowing this inconvenience and disturbance to passengers carry on.
The toilets have always got a very bad smell to it and I get disgusted to go in there. Maybe a real cleaning contractor would do a better job and offer improvements.
The lounge is below average, it has hot food always available but the taste is just not quite there yet. There has been some updates but seating should be changed so that you can actually ‘lounge.’
Duty free staff are not very helpful but some are kind and offer guidance. This is just so much more helpful than being confused while buying something from the duty free.
Finally, I would have liked to see 360 degrees full body x-ray made available and for the security to be more firm but kind, also knowledgeable staff could add so much more value to the whole operations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented smaller car during Ramadan 2022 for a day, which they upgraded to slightly bigger car, at no extra cost, as the car I booked was unavailable. Car was nice and clean with full fuel tank so when it is returned it should be full tank again.
Nice, friendly and quick customer service. I will recommend them and definitely book with them again.
