★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company ever. Don't ever think about renting from them.
They closed their branch at the airport for maintenance while I was renting their car from that branch for one week. I have a flight on Friday at 4PM and I was supposed to drop-off the car at 2PM at their airport branch. Now I can't. Also all of their other branches in Jeddah don't work before 4PM on Friday. They left me with no choice. Tried to call their customer care 9200 number (Western region extension) no body is picking up the phone. Tried to contact them on their WhatsApp, someone responded with irrelevant response to my issue. Asked to communicate with the customer care care Manger, their WhatsApp agent refused to share his/her contact details.
Worst experience ever.
