لكن الواقع ان الامتعة لابد من الذهاب للصالة الشمالية لاستلامها وهذه سلبية تحتسب عليهم

وتجلس تدور لين يدوخ راسك وماتدري تحصلها والا ضاعت

- لا تذهب مع وصول الطائرة. بل انتظر وصول رسالة نصيّة لهاتفك تفيد بوصول القادمة. لأنهم لن يقوموا بتسليمها لك بدون رقم المرجع الذي يظهر على الشاشة الموجودة في نفس المكتب.
- اذا كانت القادمة على رحلة لخطوط تصل رحلاتها في الصالة الشمالية، فهناك احتمال كبير جداً انك ستضطر لاستلامها من المكتب ثم التوجه للصالة الشمالية لاستلام امتعتها. ?
أتمنى ان يقوموا بتعديل هذه النقطة الأخيرة.
