The have no terms and conditions written in the contract, and they say the customer service representative should declare the extra hours policy when you receive the car !! Which in my case didn't happen even though I asked for details .. The have charged me 1 day extra for only 2 hours !!

Pathetic service experience. They don't have any office at Jeddah north terminal and you need to return your car at other airport terminal. And they don't offer service to drop you to the north terminal. Disappointed!

Don’t be fooled by this rating the majority of people here were visitors trying to rate the airport itself, NOT HANCO. I have been dealing with Hanco for 9 years, but now they are getting worse and worse, customer service is a big zero, i have been trying to make a reservation, called 45 times two different numbers, for three consecutive days but still no answer! And this is every time i try to make a reservation! Staff is careless and not trained, they don’t even try to provide a good service, this all happened after the Saudizqtion ( nationalization) movement, they used to be a good company, one of the best actually, when Pakistani’s and Indians were in Charge. When i arrive there i always see no one at the reception, they hide at the back office or somewhere else, and even when 2 of them at the front desk and telephone rings, they don’t pick it up intentionally! If the management doesn’t take an immediate action this company is going to shutdown soon. their cars are the oldest cars compared to all other companies. لا تنخدعوا بالتقييم، اكثر الزوار قصدهم يقيموا المطار نفسه، أنا عميل عند هانكو ٩ سنوات، الان أصبحت الشركة سيئة جداً جداً. الموظفين غير مدربين و لا عندهم اهتمام ولا في ادارة تراقبهم، الان صارلي ٣ ايام اتصلت عليهم ٤٥ مره اتصلت على الرقمين ولا أحد رد، ولما اوصل عادةً ما احصل احد في المكتب، يكونوا قاعدين في غرفة خلفية او في الخارج لين عامل النظافة يتصل عليهم، تخيلوا مره عامل النظافة ( البطل) هو اللي اخذ الرخصة والهوية وبطاقة العمل وصورها وجهز اجراءات الحجز، ولما يوصلوا حضرتهم والتلفون يرد ما يرفعوا السماعة متعمدين رغم ان مافي شئ شاغلهم، هانكو كانت شركة ممتازة جدآ وقت ما كان الباكستانيين والهنود ماسكينها، والان بسبب الانظمة صارت سيئة جدآ، غير سياراتهم هي الاسوأ مقارنة بباقي الشركات اللي جنبهم، لدرجة ان بعض الناس بعد ما يشوفوا السيارة يرجعوا يلغوا الحجز، الادارة العليا لو ما حلت المشكلة قريبآ الشركة بتفلس وتقفل، شئ مخجل من شباب بلدي اللي ماعندهم اي التزام و مسؤولية. كيف لو شخص اخذ سيارة و صارتله حالة طارئة ولا احد يرد على التلفون! مافي اي مراقبة من الشركة ولا احترام لعميل معاهم من ٩ سنين.

I don’t recommend anyone to rent the car from this company. I had a very serious experience with them during emergency needs. No one is answering the free number. I rented a car from them with full insurance. During my trip I had a tire that it got damage with no reason. When I called the emergency no one answer me. I had no choice only to replace it with spare. And they put the blame on me that the damage was from me as misused. Once again be be careful.

Thieves! Stole 173 sar from me. Can you even see the scratch? Be wary of the Pakistani guy that gives you the car as he will certainly be looking to steal your hard earned money when you return the car by reporting the smallest marks your eyes have ever seen! TIP: Do take lots of pictures before taking the car out. I thought natural wear and tear was covered but I was told by the unprofessional employee at the airport desk that I needed to report that small scratch to NAJM to avoid the 173 sar fees. What the F!!! This cheating company does not take pictures before assigning the car to a customer. Absolutely ridiculous! I hope this place is fined heavily for cheating or shut down soon.

I waited on the counter at JED Airport for more than two hours. No one was there. Plus you cannot book cars online in advance. The only reason I keep coming back to them is the discount I get from my institute.

Really Bad experience. Made reservation and got no car.. lol Made reservation online with 4 days in advance at Hanco website. Received the confirmation of reservation on the email. I called the day before to make sure I would get a car. Then I arrive to collect the car, and they just say they don't have cars. They don't care about it, and just say we need to get a rental elsewhere. They say it is my problem. Amazing costumer support right?... "Mafi problem".. no one cares at Hanco...
