★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst check in process yet, nearly 2 hours to check in and was kept standing for the entirety of this process, while they sorted out a overselling problem. Apparently the seats I paid £6500 for have also been sold to someone else, but because the other party checked in before me they were allocated the seats and I was put on waiting??? Finally sorted about 1 hour before take off, had to make a mad dash and luckily made it on board considering the million and 1 security checks by the super rude border control staff. Will not be considering Saudi Airlines any time soon or be recommending to anybody. Only use as a last resolve only if you must. Very bad customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SAUDI ARABIAN AIRLINE IS ONE OF THE BEST AIRLINE IN THE WORLD BECAUSE THIS IS A PURE AND DRY (non alcoholic) AIRLINE, AND OF COURSE ON-BOARD SERVICES AND AIRCRAFT'S ALSO VERY GOOD. THIS AIRLINE IS VERY COMFORTABLE FOR UMRAH AND HAJ PASSENGERS. ALLAH BLESS YOU SAUDI ARABIA. I booked and payed for front seats for extra leg room and they changed to different seats , spoke to staff at check in and ensured that i will be seated in front , once i got to the airplane i was surprised that i’m seated in the back , so unprofessional! NEVER AGAIN !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST AIRLINES EVER ESPECIALLY STAFF SITTING AT ISLAMABAD AIRPORT IS INCOMPETENT AND RUDE ..... DISGRACEFUL I DONT NOT RECOMMEND......
FLIGHT FROM ROME TO JEDDAH WAS FINE BUT FROM JEDDAH TO ISLAMABAD SMELLED LIKE TOILET I SWEAR WORST EXPERIENCE EVER .......
PLUS POINT YOU WONT FIND ANY CLEAN TOILET AT JEDDAH AIRPORT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. This morning we went to the airport to take our flight and someone from saudi airlines made à mistake and cancelled our 2 tickets for Madrid and no one help us. Thé know it s them faults but no one do anythink like what s happened is normal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saudi Airlines Bad Customer Service... My flight of 05 am got cancelled and I got no message and no call. Upon reaching Saudi counter 4 hours before flight they asked me to approach Etihad counter as the flight operation run by Etihad. Etihad rejected me stating my name is not found and Saudi must do something in their system. After 4 hours running between Saudi and Etihad counter they didn't put me on board nor they were sorry about their unprofessionalism. They keep cursing each other and keep ignoring us. Then I paid extra business class to catch the flight at 11 am. I just wanted to leave that place. I lodged at Al Fursan businesses lounge. Food was good but for rest their music was very loud and they had no blankets. Finally I got into the flight. On leaving the termac the flight system suddenly shutt down. They announced delay for maintenance. Then someone fainted and flight kept the delay status till about 02 pm. By God's mercy finally its flown. Saudi Airlines doing so much to keep standard but their sales and customer services employees at Jeddah Airport are untrained and unprofessional. When flying from Jeddah you won't get any help and you will be stranded at the airport.

I have been trying to get a refund and information for months and months. I have not been able to get any more info or speak to someone (only automated support chatbots)
