★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always fast working atmosphere. Wonderful hard working crew, but also ground personnel. Helpful. Saudia Flight Operation never sleeps and it is always there for guest, passengers, to take them to their homes or some new amazing destinations. From there all flying magic starts.

nice lounge. cafe is available for coffee or snack. poor thing the rest room is not well maintained

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No response on customer care for 20 30 mins or hours.No support on WhatsApp or call to manage booking.When there was no confirmation to operate flights from India wy payments were accepted and nick of the moment flights are cancelled and 4 digit flights are arranged as special flights from same place but no benefit to travellers who has done payments.worst experience ever to book saudi airlines as if we visit hyderabad branch they say we dnt have any information and cannot support to rebook or split the booking.
And asked to purchase separately special flights one day prior and existing cancelled booking cannot be rebooked or reissued.
Very bad experience with saudi airlines.
And hopefully wll be the last experience as frm next time I won't opt saudia and recommend others not to use this bad service airlines.
No support on call or WhatsApp or even if we visit office....

No appropriate parking, Services, seating area, Restaurant or Cafe, crew lounges.

And the flights were cancelled due to COVID.
I have been trying to get a refund and information for months and months. I have not been able to get any more info or speak to someone (only automated support chatbots)
