Premium location, very helpful and decent staff from the reception, the restaurant to the Room service. The corner room with partial view on Al Haram is superb. Starbucks at the entererance adds a flavour to your stay. Highly recommended ? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This hotel is 5 stars only from the looks of it and the breakfast. Breastfed that, the rooms had a howling sound, they put us in a smaller room cause reception didn't understand what we were saying, wifi was horrible, the security in using elevators is unnecessary ... Each person needs their own key card or you're stuck on G!

Rude impolite reception staff that look down on you and refuse to help with any problems. One of them was laughing at me and told me to leave as he was "busy" when it was 1am and he was standing around doing nothing whilst I was approaching him. The rooms are worn down and need maintenance, our bathroom door didn't even lock and had scratches all over it. The skirting is in disrepair and there's cracks, the silicone has rotted and it does not feel 5 stars at all. You don't even get daily room service. The elevators take forever and just overall the entire place is not welcoming at all. Having been to the Grand Hyatt in Dubai, this one is a disgrace to the Hyatt line of hotels. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Please hire some reception staff that know how to treat guests with respect and refurbish your rooms.

This hotel is literally few steps from gate 79 that is designated for women and any person who is planning for a Omra. The rooms are spacious and my room specifically has a great view. The dine in menu does not have much options. The hotel is in a mall area, however the shops do not have variety of options. There is a big super market in the mall which makes it easier to find anything u need. Although they offer the choice that u can have a late checkout to 3 oclock and pay 25% of the stay or stay to 6 and pay 50%, they are always fully booked that they can not deliver this option. In summary The hotel is great

Overall I enjoyed for staying in Hyatt Regency, room was clean and organized, breakfast was delicious and there were variety of food. View for alharam amazing and it was near to pray in alharam, one more thing I like in this hotel was elevator going directly to your room without stop in any other floor to change elevator until you reached your room. If there is something that I didn’t like was cooperation from reception staff they didn’t not guided me to right direction once I arrived to hotel I lost because I was using different elevator.

It's the same room either you book standard double bed or quad. How ever charges increase to a point that " nothing is saved" Its better to book twin room rather than quad. Wifi is very poor. Housekeeping is very cooperative. Location is extra ordinary. Great place for food as well. Fair value of money.

Although this is my second time to stay in this hotel. I was very satisfied with my first experience, however my second experience was not very impressive. The location of the facility near the mosque and the attached mini mall remains a very attractive advantage. However staff services was not very welcoming and I felt some sort of dullness. The room furniture requires better maintenance particularly the carpet. The bathroom cleanness was above average. Value for money was not optimal maybe because it’s Ramadan season and prices for all hotels near the mosque are elevated. $$$$ My experience with Direct reservation via the reservation center of the hotel was below average customer service representative was not Very helpful which made me make my reservations through Booking.com I hope the hotel management pays more attention to find details to live up to the name of Hyatt Regency international Brand.
