★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are good but Room Service is worst & Big rooms like suites are not easy to go you have to take too many stairs. Old constructed type rooms but very easy way to enter in Masjid-ul-Haram. Better way to enter then clock tower.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very memorable experience, starting from the location and the people around there, the view from our rooms was insane as well as the response from the customer service, we were having an issue with the A/C and we asked for help then the lady on the phone Hanan, was so helpful, she continued following up until they solved the problem.

However, the front desk staff Ms. Mashael and the guest relation Mr. Mohammed are committed to meeting guest requirements. Thanking them both.

Filthy dirty toilets in reception
Check in time in booking says 4pm but they said its 6pm, and effectively gave me room past 5.30pm
Just a joke. You book s room you cannot use whole day
High prices for barely 3 star lodge

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely hotel with an amazing location. Though not in the clock towers but it’s actually equally close to the Haram. The rooms are luxurious and well maintained. The rooms are big with modern facilities. It’s actually one the best hotels in Makkah. Their breakfast is also amazing as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed 4 nights and found it comfortable relaxing with good and prompt attention. Cuisine good as breakfast was excellent. Look forward to returning again to this fine hotel in the near future and hope to have even better service next time. I have upgraded my earlier review.
