★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, friendly staff, great location, accessible facilities. I would like to extend special thanks to Ahmad Alkathmy for his great help despite that his shift ended. He was about to leave but he decided to stay to assist me with my reservation. I am sincerely grateful for his help and the help of all the staff. Very friendly in such high pressure season. Will definitely repeat this visit inshallah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely hotel with good facilities though it’s at the back but the rooms are fantastic and they have a lovely breakfast menu. It’s easily accessible and the staff are quite courteous and it’s indeed a beautiful hotel. Next time I’m there I’ll endeavor to take a picture so I can post. Still one of my favorites in Makkah

And the cleanliness of the room is very excellent and has full services. The hotel really deserves 5 stars

Thank you so much for your hospitality we will be back to Swiss again soon inshallah it is now our favourite hotel in Maccah! This is the first time I will give a 10 in my review to any hotel!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was excellent. I gave the room 4stars only because of the size of the bed. We had 2 twin beds for larger people. My husband and I fit surprisingly, but I would have rather a full size bed. The room was very clean, and stocked with toiletries you may have forgotten.
I definitely recommend Hotel Swissotel. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. All the food was fresh, filled with many varieties to choose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel location is one of the best you can get. We had an amazing stay. The rooms are are clean, luxurious and well maintained. Staff are friendly, speak English and willing to assist. The breakfast is absolutely amazing with a really wide variety. Check-in took longer than it should, this was expected due to it being peak season.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The hospitality level and generosity is super amazing. The cleanliness and freshness of everything is superb. Elevators in abundance in this hotel, even in the busiest times, I didn’t have to wait.
