★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف فندق مكة من أسوأ الاماكن اللي رحتها ،، اول شي انسى احد من موظفين الإستقبال يرد ،، خدمات الغرفة تتصل عليهم عشان ينظفوا ويزودوك بالنواقص كل اللي سمعته Yes sir ومحد جا حتى بعد اكثر من اتصال ،، طبعا طبيعي تنام تبغى ترتاح ،، بس مو طبيعي التكسير والتخبيط واعمال الحفريات اللي قاعدين يسووها خدمة الغرف في الغرفة اللي جنبي ،، لا والمصري اللي جاني يخدمني بخصوص التكسير في الغرفه اللي جنبي حاول يقنعني انزل للاستقبال عشان حطوني بغرفه في دور محد ساكنه ،، يعني قمة المهزلة والمسخرة ،، رجعت نمت وبعد ساعتين فجأة تتصل وحدة من الإستقبال تسألني اذا محتاجين شي ،، ويوم احتجتهم محد يرد ،، وعشان تشتكي لمدير او مدير مناوب مافيه الا الفاليه او حقين المصاعد تحت ،، وبصراحة اسعارهم غالية بالنسبة لعلبة التونة اللي حطوني فيها ،، واخترتها على اساس تطل على الحرم ،، والله ماتطل لا على حرم ولا شي ،، تجربة سيئة
 Unfortunately, Makkah Hotel is one of the worst places I have been to. The first thing I forget is that one of the reception staff responds. The room services call them to clean and provide you with the deficiencies. All I heard is Yes sir, and no one came even after more than one phone call, of course, you sleep and you want to rest, but It is not normal for the crushing, shoveling and excavation work that the people who are sitting around do room service in the room next to me,, No, and the Egyptian who came to serve me regarding the cracking in the room next to me tried to convince me to go down to the reception because they put me in a room in the role of a single occupant,, I mean, the top of the farce and ridicule,, I went back to sleep and after Two hours suddenly, a unit from the reception calls and asks me if I need anything, and when I need them, no one responds, and to complain to a manager or a manager on duty, there is nothing but the valet or the two elevators below, and frankly, their prices are expensive for the can of tuna they put me in, and I chose it on the basis that it overlooked the campus. By God, it does not overlook a campus or anything, bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking lot in the back of Makkah Hotel. Usually in this area many travel coach/ bus were located. Since then, all starting point of bus tour was started here. Passenger uses as a meeting point.
