★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's more like 3 star hotel. Even it is in clock tower you have to walk alot on their floor to get to your room. It's no match to Rotana, swisshotel etc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love it because of spacious duplex suite with four single beds facing haram. Kitchen not complete with utensil tho but basic set such as kettle available. Friendly staff but most of requested items not available. Otherwise all good, my stays just fine and peace.. Alhamdulillah

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole staff was extremely helpful. The room service was readily available for all our needs and went above and beyond in caring for us. The room was very spacious and easily fit out 6-member family. The hotel is very close to the haram and is easy to access when one enters the clock tower. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other guests.
Br. Rasheed, Kaleem, and Lateef were very responsive and helpful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Near to Al Haram mosque about 50 meters. Perform Umrah stayed 7 night. Quite crowded, covid SOP was not strictly followed even in the lift especially before prayers call. Security at random will asked your luggage to be xrayed. Restaurant at level 6. Variety of Malaysian food and very tasty. Very clean, regularly mop clean floors.
Lots of security personnel.
No worries for Malaysian as the securities personnel are very lenient to Malaysian and some of them speak Malay/Indonesian.
InsyaaAllah will Perform the umrah again with my wife, grand daughter and grandson, InsyaaAllah.
*It's an experience of a life time especially praying in front of Kaàbah*.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Retaj Albayt Suites Hotel is a big mistake to stay in. No parking lot. The closest is 2.5 km away. No transportation from the hotel to your car. Very noisy. Drilling sound is aggravating. Telephone is not working with its own reception. choosing it is just a mistake that I made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a good place, they have specil lift also but if you get a room on that side, you can ask the front desk. Room is good , there is a small kitchen. Overall very good experience.
