★ ★ ★ ★ ★ السعر غالي على الخدمة المقدمة .. سكنت بتاريخ 11/4/2019 في غرفة كانت بإطلالة جزئية على الكعبة ولكن أصوات المكائن كانت تملأ الغرفة بشكل مزعج حيث لا يمكنك النوم أضف إلى ذلك إزعاج النزلاء بالغرفة المجاورة.. وعند تقديم الشكوى تم نقلنا إلى غرفة بغير إطلالة وبنفس السعر .. أليس هذا هضم للحقوق ؟
 The price is expensive for the service provided .. I lived on 11/4/2019 in a room that had partial view of the Kaaba but the voices of the machines filled the room annoyingly where you can not sleep. Add to that annoying the guests in the next room .. And when filing the complaint we were transferred to a room without Look at the same price .. Isn't this a digest of rights?
