S	Saeed Salem Al Mahri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They upgraded my room on arrival and I confirmed from at least 2 different staff members that I will have to shift later, next day I'm asked to shift or pay extra. Would not admit their mistake and the best they can do is waive the extra cost of 1 day.
B	Bern on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three of us shared a small room throughout our stay for the Umrah here in Mecca. There is a window but no view - blocked by the wall of another building. The bed and toilet were comfortable and clean. I like the location right infront of the Grand Mosque, Masjidil Haram and sits in the same block as the shopping malls. The meals were delicious except that the menu was almost he same everyday - baryani. Hotel staff was excellent - very fiendly, helpful and courteous.
A	Amira Hamdy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for two nights at the beginning of June 2022. The rooms were clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The location is great with an easy access to Haram. Although we booked very late, I really appreciate Mr Omar's efforts to book us two adjoining rooms. We enjoyed a hearty meal in the comfort and privacy of our room with the 24 hours in-room dining service. Many things in our rooms were available; kettle, iron, lovely prayer rug, and a high hot water pressure for shower. Adjusting the air conditioner temperature was easy. This was our first time staying at Safwat Al-Ghofran and it will not be the last. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Mekka.

We had our 3 daily meals at the restaurant and the spread was amazing. There's the shopping area for souvenirs like clothes for men, women and children, laundry, pharmacy etc etc etc. It felt almost like home. I'm almost certain that this will be the hotel I'd stay in for my return visit(s).

Location no complaints in the famous safwaa towers and the best out of the three other hotels in the same complex that we have stayed in the past. Walking distance in to the haram grand mosque. Shopping all within the complex including a food mall.

Very friendly and them being able to converse in English really helps! Ohhhh and the buffet spread for each meal is really sumptuous, really INTERNATIONAL! The staff at the banquet are all friendly and with smiles on their faces?
Y	Yazz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fantastic hotel in such close vicinity to the Haram. The staff at the hotel were all extremely accommodating and polite. Always willing to help and sort any problems out. The breakfast was varied and very good. Enough to get on with the day and plenty of options for everyone. The rooms were spacious and the power shower was amazing. Rooms were cleaned every day. The only annoying thing was we always had to ask for extra towels as we were 3 sharing. Even after 10 days the same person that cleaned the room always forgot to give extra towels and we always had to go find him and ask for them. Otherwise the location is brilliant. We would definitely recommend this hotel when staying in Makkah
