Aziz gate and Ajyad bridge entry is minimal Hotel staff was friendly. The room comes with towels, TV, iron, toiletries and other essential amenities. Breakfast could be made better.
N	Nevine Hedayat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1- Distance: The closest to Ka3ba which made it easy for us to go back to our room for any reason when needed. 2- Elevators: big and multiple so we did not get stressed during times of prayers to go down when in a hurry. When stuck for any reason, there is a huge prayer room where we could hear the voice of the prayer as if we were there.. 3- Room: We were in a triple room with a big space for a fourth bed which made it really spacious.. not lately renovated but clean and good standard.. 4- Breakfast: open buffet was one of a kind where you could find everything.. extremely generous and diverse. 5- Shopping: all shops are at the same mall area/hotel building and open till midnight 6- check in and out were easy 7- ordering food at the room had to be paid in cash and was hot with good quality..

Z	Zafar Iqbal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alsafwah is a good 4 star hotel and offer quality room and resturant services although I found reception staff rude and little non cooperative. The hotel is very close rather adjacent to Haram. The only major issue is access of vehicle to hotel, normally traffic police stop your vehicle at far distance and hotel has no arrangements to transport your language, resultantly you are depended on local porters standing on the roadside. The same situation you face at the time of checking out.
