★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The access to the hotel is the worst,, maybe because there is a building project around the hotel .. the way and the stairs are very steep, it is exausted for old people .. hopefully in the future, it will be better .. no remote for AC, so if you want to adjust, you have to tell the employee .. the water is not warm .. but if you need a large room with 6 beds, this hotel is recomended .. the best thing from this hotel is it is very close to Masjidil Haram ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is cheap and very close to the masjid. Service was very bad and slow. Wi-Fi is not available at the hotel. Rooms are not maintained well. Don't forget to check your entire room at the time of check-in otherwise you will have to stay with the problems in the room for example leakage in the washroom.
Their is a steep ramp to access hotel or 15 steps stairs to enter the hotel.

Friendly staff.
A convenient store at reception.
There is a stove and microwave and fridge.
A short but steep hill + steps to climb to get to the hotel.
No room service, no towels, no cleaning.
Lift can take very long if it's crowded.
Dirty dirty dirty, you will find bugs and cockroaches.
The oven didn't work.
The carpet is filthy.
WiFi only in the lobby, which didn't work one night.
