★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a beautiful experience. The hotel is very close to the masjid al haram and some rooms have a view to the mosque. Clean rooms, good service and many shops at the ground floor of the hotel. Delicious breakfast is served on daily basis at the hotel restaurant.

It will be good for the entire organisation of the hotel if this “thing” is sacked.

This great hotel do not need a service staff like him.
His is racist, rude, arrogant, have a despicable behaviour, accusing full paying customers of eating for free, taking off his jacket in a show of provocating customers to a fight.
Well done, i shall see you on Monday.
I will not allow you to intimidate or be disrespectful to my staff and pilgrims.
If you were born with no manners, to get some…
If your parents don’t teach you any, i will teach you some..
You should have not shouted and embarrassed my family in front of other pilgrims.
You top management will show you that we paid for everything there.
You might not know it because its beyond your pay scale..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you missed the prayer in Mecca but you still want to Pray with the priest, then just go to Mosque at Safwah Orchid Hotel. The mosque has been gazette as part of the Mecca Mosque. Food is nice especially the desserts and Mandy Rice... I love it. The hotel also got supermarkets and you can buy survenior at a negotiable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is great and up to par.. The room is clean and staff are very courteous.. Love that its same as described in any booking apps.. Bed is super comfortable and big for single occupant. Will definitely be back and tell friends to book and stay here in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Royal Orchid - Amazing- located in the Safwah towers with all the amenities one would need, although a very busy hotel must add the stay here was just ideal due to its location being right opposite to the grand mosque. Breakfast ( buffet) was good. Rooms are standard and clean not large enough to accommodate a quad request.

Breakfast- 1 star don’t waste your money. It’s the same stuff everyday and very limited choices
Room service - 1 star they don’t even try to attempt to clean the room, made the bed once in 7 days. Literally cleans the room in 5 mins and leaves
This hotel is only good for location, everything else about the hotel is one star from the food to room conditions. We stayed at Le Meridian last time and it was a 5 mins longer walk but was so much better.
