★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It you don't mind living in dirt and mold, then go for it. For me personally it kind of ruined my umrah experience and I wished I had paid a little more for something half decent. Our room was disgusting, one leg on the bed was missing making it unstable, the carpet was filthy, there was mold on the furniture and the bathroom was horrendous. The hotel literally located in a damp dirty alleyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A much improvement in managing clients than last year . Now there is wifi in the rooms although woth limited speed, room service and supply. The customer service no. answer the phone immediately and the response is appreciated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficult to find drove around in circles. Room and bathroom were compact & clean, clean towels,shampoo & soap. No kettle even after requesting a couple of times. Hot plate in the corridor for everyone’s use. Hot water pressure on the 4th flr, bad. Remote broken. Manually turned the tv on. Channels are not tuned in. Only 2 lifts. Only 1 worked and that stopped working for a while. For ppl on the 8th floor!? Communication with staff was poor. Cheap and clean. If all you want is to use the bathroom & sleep. Bed was comfortable. 2 star bcoz location, clean & comfy bed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located about 250m from masjidil haram but walking took half an hour. The pathway is rocky and uneven. There room is shared among four, crowded barely have space for our belonging. The dining hall is also crowded and smelly. There is no toiletries provided and no towels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The exterior of the building is kind of ok but the interior and the room are neat and hygienic. The customer service is also good. The location of the hotel is in a narrow street. The distance to he mosque is almost 500 meters.
