โ โ โ โ โ Took the most spacious room as per the hotel... access to Bath was hardly 15 to 20 cm squeezed between toilet seat and glass wall of shower.
Very bad design will never go to al Marwa Tayhan jus because of this reason

โ โ โ โ โ Location is good near to Haram but hotel is too crowded had to wait for about 40 minutes at the reception to check in even when I had a prepaid booking. Room was clean. Overall it was good.

โ โ โ โ โ The location is the only good thing. The rooms though clean have doors between them so thin that you feel people next to you are sitting right next to you in the bed. The curtains let in light in the top and bottom.
The staff do not accommodate you at all. I asked if i could change my futoor to suhour and they said no sorry we dont allow that so i never had one meal at the hotel. Then on the day of check out in the middle of ramadan with people fasting they call you at 10 am and wake you up to remind you that check out is at 12?? I have traveled to mecca many times and this hotel by far is the worst experience. They care more about buissness than accommodating people coming for pilgrimage.

โ โ โ โ โ For a 5 star hotel the service is 3 star at best. The rooms are not maintained. Our room 836 toilet was leaking when we checked in.
The cleaners , one of them was using the washroom and didnt clean up after himself.
For the price the service did not add up.

โ โ โ โ โ I have booked for two nights city view, they upgraded to partially haram view and this was the only good thing they did for me.
My booked was with breakfast and they recorded one person to enter the breakfast! They blamed Booking.com!
When I called for room clean at 16:00 they said room cleaning is finished but the paper in the room written itโs finish at 17:00!
I will never book it again, and will never recommend it to anyone.

โ โ โ โ โ Highly recommended! My parents had an amazing experience at this hotel. A very clean and comfortable stay. The breakfast views were amazing. A special thanks to Salim who went out of his way to help when needed. I will highly recommend this hotel if you want a luxury experience at the door step of the Haram Shareef.

โ โ โ โ โ I wish I could give them 0 stars. Not a good hotel. In terms of check-in, had a terrible experience. The room I got bathroom was flooded. Had to change my room and that wasnโt easy at all. No one takes responsibility at the hotel. House keeping is terrible never shows up on time. My advise save yourself some stress and never book this hotel.
This is definitely not a five star hotel.

โ โ โ โ โ Very good hotel. 100% clean! Very welcoming staff! Amazing customer Service! Great polite and kind workers! Only one issue is I would love if they had the windows cleaned so the views could be more clear and worth the price we pay for because of the view!
