★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Housekeeping staff are excellent and very helpful with services in the room and restaurant was fantastic. The manager Muhammed Al Alhalbi was very good and treated us well. And the Egg station chef Amin was especially very helpful. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very good. keep it up. rafiqul islam and munir are very good, their public relation very good. both of them everyday coming to this room. i hope to stay at this hotel again due to the good service provided to us. our room number is 20920. we wish to come back again. the hotel is very good, efficient and near to haram. InshaAllah we will stay at this hotel again next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nabil Marghalani is an exceptional helpful staff! I came from Toronto extremely tired from 18 hours trip and the travel agency I felt with in Canada made an error in booking my room! He was so patient and helpful and managed to arrange my room and trusted me paying later ! This person is amazingly helpful and I’m so lucky to be here otherwise I wouldn’t be anywhere today

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent sometime trying to locate the hotel reception, a few signs might make the visitor's life much easier.
The bellboy guided us to our room through the basement parking!! The floor was wet and my wife slipped badly, he did not even express his sympathy.
The first room I got was filled with big flies, I demanded moving to another room. I received an upgrade and was provided with a bigger room with a Haram view, unfortunately the toilet was smelling like urine big time.
In a nutshell the receptionist who assisted in my check-in was very friendly, the hotel location is exceptional and that's it, everything else is awful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afraa at the Kids Club was so wonderful! My little brother doesn’t like talking to new people or even his teachers but he insisted that she plays with him and he even stayed 3hours longer than we had planned because she was so good with him and made him have fun. He was very upset to leave. She was so great! lovely woman!
