E	Essa Albinali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الفندق سئ للغاية بكل المقايس: 1. الغرفة المحجوزة كانت لغير المدخنين وتفاجأت انها كانت للمدخنين بسبب الرائحة المبعثة من الغرفة المجاورة. 2. نظافة الغرفة كانت ليست على المستوى المطلوب وأيضا لم يتم تنظيف الغرفة في اليوم التالي بشكل جيد حيث لم يتم تغير الاكواب والكاسات المتسخة. 3. اساسيات الراحة داخل الغرفة لم تكن موجودة كصغر السرير وعدم توفر كميات كافيه من عبوات الماء. 4 .عدم المصادقية مع نزلاء الفندق حيث حصل حريق في في منطقة المصاعد وعند سؤال احد من الادارة تم انكار الحريق. 5. قلة احترام نزيل الفندق حيث تم تلميح لنا بالخروج قبل موعد الخروج. The hotel is very bad in all respects: 1. The room booked was for non-smoking and I was surprised that it was for smokers because of the smell from the next room. 2. The cleanliness of the room was not at the required level, and the next day the room was not cleaned well, as the dirty cups and glasses were not changed. 3. The basics of comfort inside the room were not present, such as the smallness of the bed and the lack of sufficient quantities of water bottles. 4. Lack of credibility with hotel guests, as a fire broke out in the elevators area, and when asked by one of the management, the fire was denied. 5. Lack of respect for hotel guest as we were hinted to check out before checkout time.
N	Nouf Mohammad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الفندق بموقع جيد قريب من الحرم..يوجد سماعة ف الغرفة لسماع الأذان.. سرعة استجابة الموظفين ممتازه ( طلبنا قهوه وقال توصل بعد عشرين دقيقه وجت في اقل من عشر دقايق).. نطلع نصلي نرجع نلاقي الغرفه مترتبه و متنظفه.. بالنسبه للحمام حنفيه الدش تطلع صوت مزعج، لمبة المرايه تأشر، الميزان ما يشتغل، أدوات النظافه الأساسية ناقصها فرشة أسنان، مافيه مجفف للشعر بالنسبه للغرفه السرير جيد لكن الوسائد غير مريحه وكذلك المفرش قديم جداً وجب تغييره مايليق بفندق خمس نجوم فيش الغلايه ما يشتغل الفطور كان جيد ومتنوع وخيرات المخبوزات كثيرة بس يعاب عليهم عصيراتهم غير طازجه.. معلبه ومزيود عليها مويه وسكر!! The hotel is in a good location close to the Haram..there is a speaker in the room to hear the call to prayer.. Staff response time is excellent (We ordered coffee and he said it arrived in twenty minutes and it arrived in less than ten minutes) We go out and pray, come back and find the room tidy and clean.. As for the bathroom, the shower faucet makes an annoying sound, the mirror light is indicating, the scale does not work, the basic hygiene tools are missing a toothbrush, and there is no hair dryer As for the room, the bed is good, but the pillows are not comfortable, and the mattress is very old, and it should be changed What befits a five-star hotel The boiler is not working The breakfast was good and varied, and the baked goods were many, but their juices were not fresh.. canned and overloaded with water and sugar!!

Rude receptionist on my arrival ,weak services of all kinds , poor knowledge of basic hotel management. Wouldn’t recommend it for anyone and would never repeat this mistake ever again. It’s a shame .?

It is one of the good cafe' near by Al-Haram for quick meal with seating area if you want to dine-in.
J	Jay - on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abdul Kalam and Alaa are very helpful! They have the best coffee. I love sitting in the ambience. The cafe is beautiful. The coffee, the sweets, and the food are great. Best Starbucks and cafe that I have ever been to! Great service too!
