★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rolex is a world famous brand for watch. The shop is on the ground floor of the Sarikah Makkah near Masjid Al Heram.Its a luxurious and big shop. The the price is so high but quality is best. It is wheelchair accessable and have enough parking space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ibrahim and Rayyan are quite possible two of the worst service agents employed by Rolex anywhere in the world. We are all familiar with the premise that you need "history" to buy a rolex however to be based in Haram and the questionable business practices being employed is quite frankly disgraceful. Ibrahim is happy to sell you a particular watch as long as you buy two watches. So he will insist on making you purchase a watch you do not want or need. To sum up the way they operate, you will get more professionalism from someone who sells counterfeit goods from his car boot than this organisation. Ibrahim and Rayyan are DISGRACE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys Ibrahim and Rayyan are a embrassment to the business. I am a keen watch collector for over 20 years I have approximately 44 watches 2 of which are a 2014 Deep Sea and a 2017 GMT Master. Never have I experienced such unprofessionalism when purchasing from other retailers.
On arrival Ibrahim was polite. He told us If we were to buy a ladies rolex he would be able to get us a Sea Dweller as this would build us history with them. He guranteed he will sort this out with his manager Rayyan. We went back several times to finalize the deal.
On the day of purchase we were met by Rayyan who when we entered spoke English and when we queried the watches and deal offered by Ibrahim he all of a sudden lost all knowledge of the language. Good job we had a translator. We asked him to call Ibrahim. When he came out the back room he spoke to us in a derogative manner stating he hasn't got any time for us as he is with another customer. He refused to aknowledge us or the deal he made. This guy wasted our time and lied. He proberly sold the watches to someone who offered them a drink.
We don't know what kind of game these guys are playing but this is a joke. This has made us lose faith in this particular retailer and we will never purchase from this company after the way we were treated or made to feel.
