On a difficult and exhausting day, I went to the branch next to the Haram and I was in a bad mood for a while. I applied and the employee, I think his name is Nasser, was smiling and watching me from the beginning .
He said to me (Good evening) and said, “The whole life is difficult. If we keep thinking about how difficult it is, we will not live happily. Take your coffee.” And enjoy the moment that will change your mood. Indeed, my mood suddenly changed and became more positive. Thank you to the wise young Saudi Nasser - I am not sure of his name -

By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. The guy was super rude with long hairs, wearing no mask. From the moment I walked in the guy was behaving in a very bad manner and had a bad attitude like I owe him something. I was expecting a polite and helpful service with a mask on the face in this pandemic. I’d definitely not recommend anyone to go there. There are more Starbucks in a close range to Holy Mosque.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience! No order or discipline to line up, you think that they would have a system to handle unruly people. The staff doesn’t speak English and are rude. They don’t have coconut milk or whole milk. Only one drip coffee, which tasted awful. My mocha also tased awful. It’s so busy, hard to order, get your drink and all spaces to sit are all taken. AVOID!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted my usual morning latte that I get in USA so decided to go to this location as I was staying in the Fairmont click tower.
I was greeted promptly and with a smile.
The young man behind the register was very courteous and polite. He took my order and did additional suggestive selling which you don’t see very often these days.
I took the cashiers suggestion and ordered Zataar croissant. It was warm and moist and went great with my hot cafe latte.
