Hotel room cleanliness has gone down Lots of options at breakfast but the overall quality is average. Don't forget to get breakfast coupons, if your stay includes BF. ;-)
H	Hamad Abuqaba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please avoid this hotel, don’t be fooled by the fake positive reviews, it was so misleading. Check in took forever, they downgraded both of my booked rooms. They promised to compensate the downgrade by sending extra beds to both rooms which never happened. Called Reception multiple times but they never picked the phone! Complained to duty manager on April 29, 2022 night who was so rude and irrespecutful by speaking with an attacking and totally non friendly tune. He wasn’t helpful at all, never offer any acceptable option, not even an apology for the downgrade or for ignoring my calls. I was standing and he was sitting. No eye contact, no smile. Treated me like I am nothing! They totally disregarded my long Hilton Honours loyalty for 18 years. We will avoid Hilton hotels after this bad experience. I ended spending 14,000 SAR to be humiliated and ignored. We sadly couldn’t enjoy our Umra to due to the attitude of hotel staff.

I have reserved junior suite with haram view which was really nice and furnished well with enough space. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Service was good and fast. Few steps away from haram. Connected to a shopping mall.

The 2 bedroom suite with partial haram view is impressive and so comfy and very suitable for a family with 2 or 3 kids. Staff are very cooperative. Parking slots exist and hotel provides discounted rate.

Their breakfast buffet was especially one to never forget with a great selection. The hotel was very clean and had many amenities. Definitely will be coming back. Suggestion, wifi could’ve been better.

My room was cleaned every day, towels changed etc. The girl at the Orchid restaurant is incredibly nice and friendly. ( Farah Alghamdi ) ??Glad to see a Saudi face welcomes my mother & I with a very warm friendly and helpful welcome, it was a very pleasant experience I would recommend this restaurant to anyone!
