He made our stay easy and comfortable and he fulfilled all our need to make our stay memorable, we will definitely be back for our next trip

The only issue I had during my stay was that my bathroom had some small flies inside near the toilet. It was a bit off putting but the hotel were able to resolve it within 12 hours. I do feel like the interior of the bedrooms needs improvement. The cupboards and bathroom tiles seem dated. I also noticed the standing shower in my room was leaking water from the outside which was a bit of an inconvenience as I had to place a towel on the floor to prevent slipping. Overall my genuine rating would be 4/5. If they could update the internal bedroom decor and the bathroom equipment and size I would've given a 5
