-ve: small reception area, very busy lifts (3 for the hall 15 floor building), very small rooms for even 2 people, overpriced in Dec-Jan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stay in Golden Tulip was pleasant. the staff is well organised and supportive. Room was furnished with ample toiletries and cleaning was up to the mark. The breakfast buffet was really good with variety of arabic cuisine options

Washrooms are very small
Lifts are limited and very busy
There is a funny smell in corridor and rooms
Cleaning staff is hard to get
But besides all this i will still recommend this hotel because of its location, its very near to Haram (between gate# 25 &26
Perfect for families and elderly people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is really close to the Ladies' gate. So close to Bin Daood as well. Rooms are clean, but a little bit small.
They offer free good breakfast.
Overall experience is very good. I recommend this hotel for whoever who wants to visit Haram.
