The number of lifts are low compared to the huge number of people stay in this building.
Apart from all, it is very close to the masjid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lifts are very busy during prayer timings and hotel management not providing towel or free wifi in room. cleaning staff not change bed sheets. i dont know where they are busy? one and only good point is location of this Hotel close to bab e fahad gate of masjid e nabwi.
