★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here are the main issues
1. Reception is missing from desk sometimes, some rooms are bad quality
2. Staff are stuck up and lazy and don't extend their services very easily, an example is when we asked directions to our room and help with baggage, and since our baggage wasn't too much, he gave us all of our bags, put us in the elevator and clicked the floor we have to go to and told us to leave to our rooms. No directions, no help, no guidance. They are stuck up too. On the M floor they have services for food when I asked how can we get food here, their staff immediately replied "no, food". It's irritating. These are just the bell boys (or whatever you call baggage people)
3. Plus some key items like shower curtains and as such are missing, and the place doesn't look presentable enough
4. Half the staff are hard to communicate with and are bad at explaining things while the other half are amazing
Here is why I gave it 4 starts though:
1. The managers are amazing, after we told them our issues, they sent better staff, house cleaners and as such.
2. Some of the receptionist are very helpful
3. Amazing services after talking to manager, they helped us get food on the floor just for taste testing to see if we are interested.
4. It's location is amazing, outside your window their is a direct path straight to masjid al nabawi
5. Friendly staff on the restraunt floor
6. The managers also were kind enough to give us a much more spacious room, compared to the older cramped room we had

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customes services especially in dining area. Elevator aren't functioning well. No housekeeping services. The staffs here is too racist. Not recommended to stay here. The only good things here just it is closest to Harem gate 25.

Charged 50 Riyals for parking in the basement!!

The rooms are very neat and worth for money. But the staff are bad.
Waited more than haf an hour during the check in as the receptionist was very slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel new name is safwa madina hotel. Old name was durrat al andalus. Main attraction is thats it is very near to masjid nabvi. Just opposite gate no.25 of women. Just 5 minutes walk. This is the same building as sanabel madina hotel. Street is ubaidah bin jarah. All gift shops, and food stores are near. Room service average. But there is no breakfast service available. Very good,value for money..
