Rooms are very clean✨
Area is surrounded by restaurants and gift shops ??
Hotel name used to be Emaar Royal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far is a bad experience as the phone number is AlWAYS not available. And this is real bad to hotel where they can say they are a 5 start hotel . Plus the location is not found in Google map. Say it again, 5 start hotel ymmmmm, ok I believe that, but I don’t know about others if they believe that or not ????

Just walking distance 2mins good atay with family n kids , polite staff n good service...

Room was small but had what is needed
Near alnabawy mosque only 2 minute walk
Breakfast was okay but water and juice cups were very bad 0 star they felt dirty and dusty
Overall 3 star hotel although it is not really important to rate it since it is a hotel just made for traveler who came to visit alnabawy mosque

bathroom is stinkey and water flod on floor ,furniture is too old ,bed is higher than usual and it dose not comfortable any way ,restaurants there is not Variety choice, pillows are very hard and internet was remittent and weak.
