★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is really good, just in front of Gate 25. Hotel cleanliness is good. Room housekeeping service is good too. Staff at reception are helpful. You can request for late check out also. Another important thing is it's cheapest in this area that you can book online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location and very spacious and clean rooms. The furniture need some up gradation and house keeping needs to be improved. The car parking is not free. Elevators are a bit overcrowded. But overall good value for bigger groups and families requiring 2 or 3 rooms together

Room service is also prompt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is very close to Haram , gates in the opposite side of Qibla. It is 2 min only walk. It doesn't have view to the Haram.
The reception staff are very friendly.
The room is nice and comfy but the toilet smell bad and the AC not working good. Maybe because the hotel was closed for 2 years.
