A	Anas Jeelani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here with my parents and had a really pleasant time. Staff is very well mannered, friendly and helpful. Hotel is only few mins walk from the Masjid (Gate 26). KFC, Dunkin Donut and some other food options are nearby (try to explore more if you want to look for some more affordable options). Room did not have many electric socket to charge the mobile phone (that's the only issue I experienced). But overall, a great experience.
M	Mohammed Asif on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah I stayed at this location from may 18 the till May 23rd 2022 First experience was great I was greeted at door by doorman Receptionist was very professional treated with due respect Room service was great the guy In-charge of 3rd floor is always available for service with courtesy Finally cafeteria was great from manager to all floor staff It seems it is managed by real professionals Beauty of the staff was everyone served us with a smile on their face this gives me an impression that the staff are well treated and trained by management they do not work under pressure I always refer this hotel to my friends and family A small suggestion to management Think of giving gifts to guests like prayer mat or something this will leave a long lasting memory

F	Foyzal Islam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location as it is only a five min from masjid Al-Nawabi. Staff were very friendly and helpful. When we arrived we had booked two rooms however they put us in a suite which was much better. Restaurant was good with a big selection of foods.
M	Muhammad ISA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My stay was a total disaster, the receptionist was rude and was telling why didn’t I book directly from them rather than booking.com.He also gave me the smallest room which had 3 beds. The furniture was all old and the room smelled. I don’t recommend this hotel to stay. The breakfast was okay but would rather choose to have breakfast in some other place. I would not stay here again and nor would suggest to anyone.
L	Lu'Lu' Lu'Lu' on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here early feb 2022, and had a pleasant experience. Agreed that the property is a bit old, but i am most happy here. Concierge especiallt, the best. Breakfast was excellent. The staffs made me and kids feel welcomed. Not very far from Haram, but its fine, walking is good. No complains! Thank you all for making our stay pleasant and memorable.
F	Family83 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent stay. MS Eman was very courteous and checked us in like VIPS. We were welcomed by the concierge Mr. Abdulhamid and Mr..Kauser without waiting. We had breakfast and invited some guests for dinner. Our guests were VERY HAPPY The food was good but the service was excellent. Mr. Reyazul and Mr. Noorul took great care of us. In the morning Mr. SHeikh, Mr. Mahmood and Mr. Ikram took good care of us. Really as always your staff are very polite and always there to help us. We ordered room service very efficient and delivered on time. Thank you to all. God bless you all and see you soon!!
y	ya A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are well kept but Furniture dated. Towels were large and fairly new. toiletries were Excellent quality. Daily water highly appreciated. TV 32 inch. Not enough electric outlets for mobile phones...... Overall a decent hotel and would stay here again.
