M	Mohammed Abdullah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place doesn't deserve a 4 star rating; it is what I had in mind a budget hotel would be like. The staff get treated appallingly and the guests no different. The location ain't bad but the room decor is poor and everything is a little tacky, old and often not working. They charge for everything except sleeping in the room because they've charged you for that already. On going up to my room on the first day I realised one of the card wasn't activated so tried to call reception only to realise the phone wasn't working either. Thought I'll go down to reception so went to put my passports away at the safe and that wasn't working properly either. I didn't watch any TV; it's ancient and has terrible reception. The experience was just like that throughout and never improved. The entire hotel is dirty and smells.
N	Nada Alqahtani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overly packed. The management stuffs people as if we are sardines! I had a reservation and the check-in was at 4pm sharp. However, I kept waiting for 30 minutes and then they asked me to wait another 30 minutes!! While they refused to refund the waiting time or extended my check-out from 2 to 3pm! It's important to note that when I requested an early check-in the hotel refused. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. Unless you are welling to wait for 30-90 minutes and bare the crowds.

It is good quality materials but color scheme make it look older. Good elevator. Overall I recommend the place. Near to Haram but not very near I mean not on front line. An arabic person on counter other than Cashier is a good coperative man. Speaks English. Good average breakfast.
N	Naz Nazr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We only stayed a night while waiting for our accommodation elsewhere but it was fair enough. The place is in a bit of need of maintenance and a spring cleaning. Generous amenities provided. 2&1/2 to 3 blocks walk for the ladies to Haram.

The staff was extremely unmotivated and the least friendly i have ever seen. The room service was also extremely slow. Nonetheless the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. A lot needs to be changed about the attitude of front desk staff.

Most of all there is no space in your room to read namaz. All the other reviews must be given by hotel management. You can easily get a better hotel then this with same or cheaper price. Do yourself a favor and shop around before you book.
r	run e dot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at this hotel in February 2018. We chose an executive room with two single beds. The staff was helpful and room service was good. Room was clean and had the amenities we needed. However, i wish the rooms had brighter lights. Food was great and their barbecue had a huge variety available. I would greatly recommend choosing options for breakfast and dinner while making booking or request and pay for it after arriving at hotel. We enjoyed their meals a lot. The only issue we had was lifts or elevators. It had only two and it took us a long while to access it. There almost always was a competitive queue waiting for it. Patience was much tested. The key is to leave the hotel early for prayers. Overall, i would recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to book it again for my next trip in Sha Allah.
